I just think that (not always but in a good amount of cases) the less the guy cares for a given relationship the more into you the girl is. I know it does not sound great, but that has been for the most part my experience. It is not that guys are jerks (they can be I am not denying that!) but that women are more attracted the more detached you are.
Another big issue is how we communicate me thinks. I believe women are more complex and communicate things in a very different way than guys. If you think about it even from the start the guy is supposed to initiate the talking and make his intentions clear while the woman gives more subtle cues. And that somehow continues into the relationship too. I am generalizing of course, since I have also been with girls that were very straightforward…
And even if we suck at least you have to admit that guys are funnier (you being the exception to that rule!)
